In October, class 0 implemented the project “Vegetables and fruits – tasty and healthy”. Students learned and memorized the names of vegetables and fruits, their smells and appearance. The challenge was to recognize a given plant only by touch. They examined what selected fruits and vegetables look like inside. At the “Four Seasons” farm, they learned the recipe for a delicious and healthy smoothie and could taste it. They made preserves from chopped vegetables, and made snacks for birds from grains and salt dough, which will certainly be useful in winter. At the school exhibition, we could admire figures and animals made by kindergarten students from vegetables, fruit and toothpicks.
