EmpatJa Project
“EmpatJa” is an original, year-round project aimed at developing our students’ soft skills, such as recognizing and naming emotional states in themselves and others, learning to use the “language of emotions,” practicing active listening and observation, promoting positive attitudes within the group, and encouraging young people to take action through volunteering as a way to make a difference in the world around them.
As part of the Empathy Project, once a year our school celebrates Empathy Day. This year, the main theme of Empathy Day is developing and strengthening this important skill through the example of the capybara.
Throughout the day, our students take part in workshops and activities focused on empathy-related topics such as mindfulness, kindness, self-regulation, gratitude, and active listening.
